His post office box in Fairfax County (Franconia) is mislabeled by USPS as "Alexandria" but is well south of that city. 3) There are no "bike lanes" associated with either I-66 or the Woodrow Wilson Bridge project on the I-95/I-495 Capital Beltway. Rather, these are shared-use paths that are separated from the Interstate highway with substantial physical barriers. Bud Vye’s excellent report needs three minor technical corrections.
