Full Senate passed SB566, 3 foot passing today by a 40 – 0 vote. Now the bill takes a week off, & crosses over to House Transportation during the week of 2/15.

website http://leg1.state.va.us or the Richmond Sunlight website www.richmondsunlight.com should check out SB103, which is carried by Sen. Ryan McDougle, and is calling for some dramatic and sweeping changes to the State’s Transportation Dept.
