		<description>Wait, the only directions you post on here are limited to automobiles as they all instruct people to use interstates?  This is just representative of a real problem that we have in Richmond that other cities in the union have started rectifying:  namely that everyone relies on their automobile almost universally for transportation and only sees the bicycle as a form of recreation.  We need to start catching up with cities like New York and Portland and start changing this mentality now.</description>
